how does reduction gear help in RC electric helicopters?
I recently saw pics of electric rc helicopters dat hav reduction gears coming from the motor to the main shaft dat rotates the fan or blades..I mean…reduction gears reduce the number of rotations..how does it help in lift……the rc wil need atleast more than 500 0r 600 rpm…
reduction gears in mechanics help to put less stress on the motor while also giving the prop (in your case) more power but less speed. The other combination would make the prop spin faster but it would have less power, to.

reduction gear in a propeller a/c is a very important aspect. it reduces the RPM so that there is least torque effect and only required rpm is provided to shaft assembly/prop.
