RC helicopter question?

I've got a T34 helicopter (electric) and it struggles in any sort of wind, it was recommended that I put a larger tail rotor on it…
Has anyone tried this???
Also where and which one would I get (in the UK)

It is a "TOY" helicopter and was NOT designed to fly in ANY kind of wind.
