What should I look for in a good RC helicopter?

As a hobby, I'm going to start flying electric RC helicopters, but I'm not exactly sure about what I should look for. Also, what's a reasonable price tag? and what are some good sites to buy from?

you want to get a large one(30+ inches long). the smaller ones are to unstable and are generally not as well made. that being said your price range will be anywhere between $200-$400. good places to look are: your local hobby store(s). if that doesn't work try hobbypeople, hobbytown, or hobby-lobby. I've bought from all of them and had no problems. Also, look for ones that are RTF or ready to fly. these ones come with everything you need, all you have to do is charge the battery and your set. one more thing, if you don't have anybody to help you and/or this is your first flight look up some vidoes on basic rc helicopter hovering, manuvering, flying etc.
