Axe CX Micro RC Helicopter not lifting?

Sometimes it goes into the air pretty high, but alot of times it barely gets 6 inches off the floor. I charged the battery of both the controller and the helicopter battery. Help?

Mmm…. It looks like your Remote Control Radio is not getting a good signal to your aircraft! See the manual because it usually have an infrared remote that require a line of sight with the aircraft! try cleaning very good the remote signal output. Other wise contact the manufacturer.
