Intermediate outdoor RC heli?
I have had three rc helicopters. a crappy china made 2ch as my first. a 3ch mosquito. and my current one. 4ch Blade MCX coaxial micro. They have all been great but I want something more. First of all i want to fly it outdoors, but i dont think that i am experienced enough to fly a 4ch heli that isn't co axil. I want something sort of big but not too expencive. around 100$ i was looking at the Esky Dauphin but can it go fast outdoors. 4ch only and i would prefer it to be sold at Xheli(dot)com but it doesnt have to be. Thanks all. i know its a dumb question but i am bored with my micro sized rc's and want something bigger. (if its not coaxil is a Falcon 40 a good choice?) Im 13 almost 14 on may 11th if it helps!
aww poo, take my advice for it man. There are many helicopter that are affordable, but not really near $100… Youll have to boost it up to about $200… The E-Flite and Heli-Max is a good area too look at. Pretty popular and well known and their customer support is decent.
I would suggest you check out the Heli-Max Axe CP cause they run at about $170-$200.
The E-Flite Blade CP runs at about $180-$250.
The Blade CP Pro 2 is the newest and best helicopter, I would suggest getting that. It ahs a 2.4 GHz radio, so it prevents interference and crashes. Fully acrobatic, and could be flown outdoors. Same with the others i've mentioned too. Let me show you a few links here…

My husband flies RC helicopters, so I showed him your question. If you want a ready-to-fly helicopter that is large enough to fly outside, you'll have to spend more than $100, closer to $400, unless you can find one that someone wants to sell so they can buy a different one.
Good luck in your search! Watching RC helicopters is fascinating, flying them must be a lot of fun!
