Micro R/C Helicopter?

Ok I have a Dragonfly Infrared 2ch Micro RC Helicopter. I think it's the older version of it but whenever I go to fly it, it makes a strange really quiet click noise and neither the rotor or the tail rotor spin. The light blinks but I don't know whats wrong with it. What could be wrong?

I'm not sure if this is the problem but you might want to try checking if the space under the rotors is blocked. This often happens on carpet when the fluff gets caught.
