my micro rc helicopter isn't holding a charge help?

ok so i got this micro helicopter for xmas and now it wont hold a charge after i broke the inner shaft and replaced it with a metal ar weighing the same as the shaft but nw im having trouble getting it to hold a charge previously i could fly it for 10 Mn's but now it fly for 1 and then does not have enough power to lift. is there any way i can fix this without having to buy anything? thanks for the help
btw the chopper is the storm iv

Interesting… well… it seems like the inner shaft you replaced maybe rubbing with the outer shaft itself, thus causing friction and making the motor work harder and the battery using more power. Try take out the motor and spinning the propellers to see if it spins freely. If that is not the problem, try recharging the battery. If that does not work, your battery has become defective. Lipo batteries are very fragile and you can not drain the battery 100%.
