RC Helicopter tail rotor doesn't work?

I got one of those micro rc helicopters its called Cyclone 2 or somthin it started off flying great and then all of a sudden it spun wildly out of control i realised the fault was comin from the tail rotor i've checked all the circuits are connected i've turned the power off and on agin to check but no matter what i do the tail rotor doesn't spin at all
Can anyone help please?

I have never heard of the Cyclone 2 before… Well… there could be multiple things that could involved in your problem here.
First off, the most common thing could be that the motor burned out. You will need to replace the rear motor.

Something could be caught in the gear that spinds the rear rotor. Check that.

The wire came loose and is not connected to the motor or circuit board.
