Tandem Helicopter tips!?
i recently bought a Syma S026G Micro Chinook 3 Channel Indoor Ready to Fly RC Remote Control Military Cargo Transport Helicopter w/ Gyro. its my first tandem heli so i need some help. control is a infrared 3 band select with the inching options i believe. it flys great but a couple of tips can help thank you.
sorry, but there is no tips for it, because it is considered "a toy".
I can just tell you to be gentle on the sticks and if it seems that the helicopter is unestable, use the trim tabs to make the helicopter fly "almost perfect", if the controller doesn't have trim tabs which I believe they don't then do it manually, like, if the helicopter goes forward or banks to the left or right, put a bit of weight on the opposite side the helicopter goes.
NOTE: helicopters won't fly stable, they're the most unestable machines ever created by the human and if you're looking for perfection like hover in the air without moving the sticks, you're just losing your time because that wont happen.
even 6ch helicopters that can go upside down and can be controlled like a real helicopter, they don't fly perfectly, you need to "control them" to make them stay in the air very quiet and in only one spot, it's pretty hard
