Fixing a RC Helicopter?

Okay i just got a new Performer 735 Series Mini Indoor Helicopter and i was learning how to use it and crashed some and now all it does is spin clockwise and it won't lift off, i charged the battery all the way and even changed the batteries in the controller but it still does this any ideas on why and how to fix it?
Okay so spinning stops but then it just goes right and wont lift of and falls over…

Seems like your broke the main blade or stripped the gears… You should return it. Buy something better or exchange it.

i dont think i have the same kind but it should have two trim buttons under the left/right controls , press the left one repeatedly 4 or 5 times it should slow down the spinning ,(could be the right button, depending on your brand) and try turning it , it will either spin faster, or straighten out, also try taking off from your hand , it makes it more stable, and its already off the ground so it wont hit something and crash. hope this helps, i love mine.MERRY CHRISTMAS
