is Metal 3-Channel Remote Control Mini RC 6020 Helicopter any good?

Yes, it is good. But, if you're a beginner I would suggest this:

Best beginner RC heli out. Like the others, if you are NOT a beginner then buy a 4 channel. 3 channels are made for beginners. If you want the full expierence get a 4 channel

personally i am not a fan of 3 channel helicopters but this one looks ok.

I'm not even sure how you could fly a 3ch helicopter. Try going to your local hobby shop and buy a "Blade". Every one has success with these entry level machines, and they are cheap. Parts are cheap and it's easy to repair.
