Check if the rotors rotate at same speed.picooz have contra rotor usage.that means they have 2 rotors and one rotates clockwise and other anti clockwise.When they rotate at same speed they unactivates the torque of other porpeller,what means that it is more stabile.Its really problematic and thats why it is used only in copters that really need it.

i have some answer's… try to scrou out the spin blade at the top that makes it lift. scrou it off and look after a kindo hair in the blade.. Of u see that, try to take it out.. and and other answer: maybe ur controll got a little stone in the buttom.. try to scrou up the control and look after that, and, maybe the small blade bottom of the helicopter, maybe that blade is cuted up.
becouse, the blade is small and not so strong and really thin!.. And if it used much will the battery an be lowe

check for hair on the tail rotor or it could be off balance you could check the balance bar on top of the large rotor they have these small metal plates underneath check if one is missing

when you buy it you need to charge the helecopter 3h and once you done with 3h you fly it it till i run out of power and then just charge it for 15min (15 min and NO more cause if more the battery will lose power) by the way I have the sam helecopter same model and collor and I allswo have blue one

The main problem I can think of is that the tail might have hair or something tangled between the motor and the prop but if its not that then it must have some electric problems, Have you ever thought about buying a helicopter with more replacable parts something with better quality? Hey I had something that looked like that myself and moved up to an Axe CP.
