How do I change Channel on RC helicopter and what does it do?
I've just got this RC control helicopter I bought and it;s a 3.5CH one and on the remote its got 3 channels. How do I change it on the helicopter as it only flies when it's on channel C, Also what does it do? It's the same as this helicopter: http://www.trademe.co.nz/toys-models/radio-control/helicopters/auction-424744533.htm

Many people that are new to the hobby get confused by terms like "channels".
The term "channels" on your model does not refer to changing radio frequencies, it is referring to the number of controls the radio is capable of operating on the helicopter.
On your particular helicopters radio, one channel controls the throttle, the second channel controls the forward/backwards motion (pitch), and third controls right/left (yaw). The (.5) in 3.5 sometimes is a switch to operate landing lights, but on yours it is unused.
As for frequencies, yours operates on a single frequency. If you are having a problem with interference check with the store you bought it, they may sell one that operates on a different frequency. More advanced helicopters are able to automatically "hop" to a different frequency if there is interference.

Hope that helps.
Fly hard!
Cheers.
