Is this ebay item too good to be true?

http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/F103-AVATAR-4CH-Gyro-LED-Mini-RC-Helicopter-2011-/250817817115?pt=AU_Toys_Hobbies_Radio_Controlled_Vehicles&hash=item3a65e82a1b

its half the price of others on ebay, its from a new user and it has free express shipping? can it be trusted? if i buy from them and they dont send it what are my options, can i get a refund somehow?

First and foremost the seller isn't in Australia-it says he is..and that he uses Aussie post…but..
look at the item description…his English is very poor….

3.If lost or broken or defective ,we do offer replacements or refund for any loss in the post, but negative feedback is not a good way to resolve problem, because we can,t insure that it is always perfect in the shipping.

4.So if any problem, just contact with us,we will find a good way to sort it out with you

…see what I mean?
Now…click the postage and payment tab
Change the country to Canada..or Italy..or anywhere but Australia…and click <get rates>
It will come up "shipping service-EMS courier"

EMS is the Chinese mail service.

Dealing with Chinese sellers can be a nightmare at the best of times. They don't answer emails(they use online translators to make their auction pages) and they will jerk you around if and when you do get hold of them if you have a problem with the item. You have a window to make a Paypal claim but usually you have to exhaust all other avenues of resolution. This can be a major pain…I'd pass on it but it's up to you.

I once bought book that cost over 100$ for 15$ on e-bay. However the seller had plenty of good reviews

If everything else is double that price then it is too good to be true in my opinion. Trusted? it's a 50/50 with new users. If you use paypal then yes it can be refunded my friend bought 4 iPhone's from this dealer and the dealer sent 4 "display model" fooled but my friend used PayPal fortunately so he got his 400$ back if your look at the payment options for this item it says PayPal Pay with PayPal and you may be protected up to $20,000. and some kind of condition.
