Please help me! I really dont want to return it!?

Help. I just bought a Cyclone RC toy helicopter from Harrods and as soon as I first played with it, the copter just keeps on turning in circles, clockwize and counter- clockwiase. I read the instructions and it said tht if tht happens u just need to click the trimmer button. I try tht and it didnt work and it keep on spinning faster when i try to turn it to the left or to the right. I really love this and i saved up all my pocket money to buy this and scince i dont live in the uk it is really hard to just retun it . Does any one have a solution for me?
